The best and healthiest way to loose weight is to cut down on your calorie intake and exercise regularly. Don’t do anything too drastic or it could make it really hard for you to stick with it. Try getting around 5 days per week of cardio (running, walking, biking, etc.) for around 20 minutes. Also, try to keep your calorie intake below 2000 calories per day.
Diet and exercise. In my case, working full-time then going jogging after work lost lots of weight without trying. I also cut back on the cola drinks. Even when I stopped jogging the weight continued to come off for a couple months, so don’t stop.

Schedule more than a year. This is incredibly difficult but doable.
Food – whole wheat bread and crackers, low fat milk products and meat, lots of fruits and veggies, high fiber foods like double fiber bread, granola bars, nuts, fish.
Exercise – find 3 or 4 exercising you like to do – jump rope, swimming, walking, etc.etc. 30 – 60 minutes a day, 5 – 6 days a week.
Find an online weight loss support group and stick with it. Write down all the food you eat and calories, aiming at 2000 for now, 1800 in 2 months, 1600 2 months later.
You also might look online with your HMO. There’s more and more free classes on weight loss management, fitness and other stuff with HMOs.
Find someone else to work out with, get support of your family.
