This site has recipes, budget cooking, Once a month Cooking(oamc) plans and printable recipe cards all in one. Some of the stuff is a little plain/bland for my taste but you can add your own tastes/spices to it..
Hope you like it=)
Here is one recipe to start ya off…
Breakfast Burritos
12 eggs
1 lb of ham or bacon or sausage
1/2 lb cheddar cheese
potatoes, optional
salsa
1 package burrito size flour tortillas
scramble a dozen eggs, with ham or sausage or bacon and cheese. You can also add hash browns or country fries.
Warm tortillas wrapped in foil in oven or in the microwave, don’t let them get dry or hard.
Spoon breakfast burrito mix in the center (about 1/2 c. or so) add a little salsa and roll this up like you would a burrito.
Individually wrap in plastic wrap or paper towel and then freeze together in Zip bags.
To serve: Heat in Microwave till hot through. About 2 min.
Makes about 6 burritos.

I know you can get a special report call How I Feed My Family of Ten for $100 a week with lots of free recipes. The next scheduled special reports are for feeding just one person on a budget. You can get on their list for the special reports at http://www.all-about-meat.com. They are doing two case studies- a single college student and an elderly woman for the Feed One Person for Less reports. They are currently in the works so I quick ask them to include a oamc plan( once a month cooking). I know the college student one has many plan ahead- cook on Sat and and use the meat the rest of the week type stuff. The saving dinner site has some free downloadable recipes too, but they’re not as budget minded.
