A car. I’d say my house, but even though the market stinks right now, it’ll come back and my house will bounce back. But I do need a new car at the moment, and it’d be super sweet if I got a bargain for it, as I’m not currently working and my husband is possibly going to be laid off at the end of the summer. My old car runs & all, but it’s old and I want something safer for the kids. So I will turn around and sell that one to someone else for a bargain – pass the fun along.

I would be delighted to get a good price for my house, instead of being expected to take less, yet still pay the full estate agents fees.
