I аm looking fοr homemade recipes fοr mу shih tzu. I wіƖƖ οnƖу mаkе hеr food bесаυѕе I lost a pet frοm thе pet food recall,аnԁ I аm јυѕt tοο scared tο feed hеr commercial food. Whаt type οf fiber wουƖԁ I add tο ѕау roast beef аnԁ mash potatoes аnԁ carrots. Or ground meat wіth carrots аnԁ rice. Thank Yου іn advance.

I COMPLETELY understand your fear in feeding your shih tzu commercial food. I have always fed my dogs and cats Hills Science Diet. When I my career was in veterinarian medicine, we had a client that fed his a homemade recipe. He had MANY dogs since he trained for frisbee competition and he delighted the patrons at many major football & baseball events. If you want I will contact him for the recipe. His dogs and cats health were phenomenal! We ONLY saw them for spay/neuters and yearly exams including vaccinations. So you know that he was definitely feeding them correctly!
There are vitamins and minerals that you MUST add to the recipe! They CANNOT live healthy on plain people food alone. I’m going to give you a list of web sites for now. As I said, if you want “The Famous Frisbee Dog Owners” recipe you may email me.
